We will need the following information to book a flight for your new
puppy
1. Name/State of the Airport you prefer to use. We recommend
the largest major airport near you so we have more flight options.
2. Name/Address/Phone Number of the person picking up the puppy. This
person must have photo ID, and the information on the photo ID must
match the information you give us to ensure proper pick up of your puppy

Puppy packets are mailed via Priority Mail and should arrive within 3
to 4 business days.
We fly the puppies in with any of the following Delta, Northwest,
American and Continental Airlines
The majority of the year all shipping will be done on Fridays, and we
normally have all
flight confirmations back between Monday and Wednesdays of the week of
the flight. During summer months when temperatures rise we may ship on
alternate days to ensure puppies can
fly during moderate temperatures. Temperatures must fall between 20-85
degrees for a long nosed puppies and 20-75 degrees for snubbed nosed
puppies.
As soon as we receive conformation on your puppy's flight we will email
it to you immediately
so you can start your arrangements for pick up at the airport. The
conformation email will include:
1. Airline Name
2. Flight Number
3. Arrival Time
4. AWB Number, which is the reference number for your puppy. This
number is very important, you will need it to check on your puppy's
flight.
We recommend these procedure for picking up puppies at the airport:
1. After you receive your flight information from us you should call
the Airport to see where the specified airlines would like for you to
pick up your puppy. Be sure to ask how long
they usually take to get the puppy off the plane and into the airport
(usually 30 - 45 minutes)
Every airport has different procedures for picking up puppies so be
sure to ask these questions.
2. Bring Your Drivers License/ Photo ID to claim your puppy
3. Bring a towel or blankie for your new puppy.
4. On the day of arrival call or check online with the airline in
advance of arrival if you live a far distance from the airport so you
can make sure all flights are running on schedule.
5. When receiving a small breed puppy such as a Pomeranian, Chihuahua,
Silky Terrier, Silkshire or a Yorkshire Terrier we ask upon immediate
arrival at home that you please give your puppy a half of a teaspoon of
one of the following: Karo Syrup, Maple Syrup, Honey or Nutrical.
6. Of course we also ask that you call us immediately after arrival to
let us know your new puppy
has arrived safely in your arms. This call is very Important to us and
we appreciate it very much.
Please call us anytime or email if you have any questions with these
procedures.
